The Super Eagles of Nigeria have qualified for the final of the 2017 WAFU Cup following a 1-0 win over neighbours Benin Republic in their 1st semifinal clash at the Cape Coast Stadium.

Kano Pillars star Rabiu Ali was the hero as he netted the only goal of the game in the 11th minute to hand his side a spot in Sunday’s final.

With the win, Nigeria will next meet the winner of the 2nd semifinal between hosts Ghana and Niger Republic on Sunday.
