VIDEO: Watch Real Madrid Defeat Barcelona To Lift 2017 Spanish Super Cup

Real Madrid produced a commanding performance to dispatch Barcelona 2-0 in the Spanish Super Cup second leg game at the Bernabeu, winning the tie 5-1 on aggregate.

Two first half goals from Marco Asensio and Karim Benzema was enough to Real Madrid their 10th Spanish Super Cup title, even without the suspended Cristiano Ronaldo.

21-year-old Asensio scored yet another stunning goal to put Real ahead as early as the 4th minute, to leave Barcelona goalkeeper ball watching.

The Los Blancos turned the screw on Barcelona 6 minute from half time when Karim Benzema took advantage of Barcelona’s poor defending to score Real’s second.

The second half failed to produce a goal, as Real Madrid Coach, Zinedine Zidane won his 7th trophy as Real’s coach in less than two years in charge at the Bernabeu.
