Chelsea failed to complete a remarkable comeback in their pre-season friendly against Bayern Munich, as the Bavarians held on to claim a 3-2 victory.
Played inside of a full Singapore National Stadium, Bayern Munich went 3-0 up inside 26 minutes, with Rafinha’s low drive finding the back of the net for the opener on 6 minutes.

Thomas Muller added the second 6 minutes after with a thumping volley after Frank Ribery’s skilful foot work to get past Chelsea defender’s before crossing the ball to Muller.

New signing, Alvaro Morata, who came on as a second half substitute, could not find a debut goal but provided the assist for Michy Batshuayi’s 85th-minute goal from close range to make it 3-2.
