New signing Alexis Sanchez made his first start for the Red Devils and the Chilean made an assist for Ander Herrera to double United’s lead just after the hour mark before he was substituted for Jesse Lingard on 72 minutes.
Marcus Rashford had earlier given Jose Mourinho’s a first half lead before the goal from Herrera.
