UEL Review: CSKA Moscow Book Last 16 Spot With Win

Russian side CSKA Moscow became the first club to qualify for the UEFA Europa League (UEL) round of 16 following their 1-0 aggregate win over Crvena Zvzeda in their last 32 tie.

The tie was initially poised after a goalless draw in the first leg but Russian international playmaker Alan Dzagoev scored on the stroke of halftime to give his side victory on the night.

The 1-0 aggregate win over Crvena Zvzeda (Red Star Belgrade) means that CSKA Moscow will be in the hat for the last 16 draw.
