Embattled forward Edinson Cavani was a notable absentee when his Paris Saint Germain (PSG) teammate Thiago celebrated his 33rd birthday on Friday in the company of other club players.
Uruguay international Cavani has been in the news of late after a major public fallout with new summer signing Neymar in the penultimate league game against Olympique Lyon at Parc des Princes.
The birthday party was a joyous one for those who were in attendance including majority of the PSG squad. Players like Neymar, Angel Di Maria, Maxwell, Marco Veratti and many more attended the party.
Another new summer signing in Kylian Mbappe shared a group photo of the PSG players from the party via his Instagram account on Monday afternoon. All the first team players were in the photo except the previously mentioned Cavani.
