Bournemouth’s Josh King is not happy with Manchester United for failing to make him a Red Devil for the second time according to reports.

King played under Solskjaer in United’s reserves but was unable to breakthrough to the senior team.

According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Bournemouth and King were expecting United to make a third bid for the £30M tagged forward who had registered only three goals in his last 16 matches for The Cherries.

King’s camp were reportedly in talks for a permanent move after an initial loan deal. However, United went for ex Watford striker Odion Ighalo.

Ighalo scored 39 times in 99 games in all competitions during his stint at Watford before to making a rather shocking move to the Chinese Super League where he joined Changchun Yatai for a reported £20million in 2017.

The 30-year-old later completed a switch to Shanghai Shenhua in 2019 where he grabbed 10 goals in 19 games.

Who is Josh King and are his stats better than Ighalo’s?

Ighalo could make his Manchester United debut against Chelsea FC on Monday 17 February.
