Tennis: Andy Murray Comeback In Sight

Andy Murray’s recovery after his hip resurfacing surgery appears to be well on track as he shared a video of himself hitting a tennis ball.

The British tennis player and three-time grand slam champion underwent a hip resurfacing surgery in January in an attempt to overcome a hip problem that first occurred in 2017.

And the 31-year-old on Monday night shared a video on his Instagram Story of him hitting forehands and backhands against a wall, with the caption ‘It’s a start’.

Murray’s first surgery was in January 2018 and his last appearance came at the Australian Open in a loss to Bautista Agut.

He has said since his surgery that he would love to be able to play at Wimbledon in July.
