Team USA’s Athing Mu shows poise in opening round of 800m at 2023 Worlds | NBC Sports

Tokyo Olympic champion Athing Mu of the Unites States, after a hiatus from international competition, wins her opening heat of the 800 meters in a time of 1:59:59 at the World Championships in Budapest, Hungary. Natoya Goule-Toppin of Jamaica is second in 1:59.64.
