Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) President, Amaju Pinnick, has revealed that Swansea City striker Tammy Abraham and his father assured him about the 19-year old’s readiness to switch his international allegiance from England to Nigeria.
Earlier reports on Thursday claimed that the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is trying to persuade Tammy to play for Nigeria but the England Under-21 international has since debunked those rumours adding that he is open to selection for England.
While speaking with busybuddiesng.com, NFF President Amaju Pinnick said:
“Tammy and his father gave me their words after a meeting with the family. “
Super Eagles and Chelsea star Victor Moses was reportedly present during the meeting between Pinnick and the Abrahams.
