Swansea City Sack Paul Clement After Poor Run

Swansea City have sacked their manager, Paul Clement, following a run of poor result that has confined the Welsh club to the bottom of the Premier League table.

The English tactician was appointed earlier in January and he thereafter masterminded a great escape from relegation at the end of the season.

His last game was the 3-1 loss to Everton at Goodison Park on Monday night.

Paul Clement is the 6th managerial casualty of the season after Frank De Boer (Crystal Palace), Craig Shakespeare (Leicester City), Ronald Koeman (Everton), Slaven Bilic (West Ham United), and Tony Pulis (West Brom).

Swansea City are bottom of the table with 12 points from the first 18 games of the season.
