Super Eagles Invitee Yusuf Bags Third Consecutive Assist As Royal Antwerp Draw Again

Nigerian midfielder, Alhassan Yusuf, bagged another assist as Royal Antwerp were held to a 2-2 draw at home by Westerlo in the Belgian Jupiler on Saturday.

Yusuf has now provided an assist in each of his last three games for Royal Antwerp.

The 23-year-old has three assists, one goal in 21 appearances in all competitions this season.

Yusuf’s Nigerian teammate Chidera Ejuke was also in action for Royal Antwerp and played for 90 minutes.

With Westerlo 2-1 ahead and just five minutes left to play Yusuf, who came on in the 63rd minute, set up former Tottenham Hotspur defender Toby Alderweireld to make it 2-2.

Royal Antwerp have now drawn their last two games and are unbeaten in six straight games (four wins and two draws).
