Sunshine Stars of Akure players and officials have ended their Christmas/New Year break Wednesday to begin the final phase of preparations for the 2018/19 Nigeria Professional Football League season.
The team will regroup at the Ondo State Sports Complex, Akure on Thursday evening for the first training session of the year under the guidance of coach Kabiru Dogo.
Sunshine Stars are to move out of Akure to an out-of-state location later in the week for close camping.
The group will look to fine tune and complete preparations for the new season during the camping period.
