Stoke City striker Saido Berahino has endured a frustrating spell for the better part of two years and it’s no surprise that he is in search of salvation.
Berahino rose to prominence at West Bromwich Albion before securing a transfer to Stoke City in 2017.
Since his move to the Bet365 Stadium, Berahino has endured a bad spell culminating in his inability to score a Premier League goal.
Saido Berahino has therefore turned to the holy bible in the search of salvation and redemption from his obvious issues in front of goal.
The English striker in his search of salvation tweeted: “Psalm 27-1 The LORD is my light and my salvation— whom shall I fear? The LORD is the stronghold of my life— of whom shall I be afraid?”
