Former Flying Eagles star Stanley Ohawuchi has joined United Arab Emirates (UAE) Gulf League side Ajman Club on a season-long loan deal from Al Qadisiyah FC of Saudi Arabia.
Ohawuchi, 28, teamed up with Al Qadisiyah from Egyptian side Wadi Degla last summer and went on to score four goals and provide three assists in 25 games in all competitions.
He had previously played for Heartland and Bayelsa United in Nigeria before he featured for foreign sides like Atletico Baleares (Spain), Silema Wanderers (Malta), Wadi Degla and Zamalek (Egypt).
Stanley Ohawuchi won the best foreign player award in Egypt while he was at Wadi Degla in 2015.
He was part of the national men’s U20 (Flying Eagles) squad to the 2009 FIFA U20 World Cup in Egypt.
