Juventus have opened up a four-point lead at the top of the Italian Serie A table following a crucial 3-1 win over AC Milan in their Matchday 30 clash on Saturday night.
Paolo Dybala struck after eight minutes to give the hosts the lead but the lead didn’t last long with former Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci levelling matters for AC Milan as both sides settled for a score draw at the interval.
The home side thereafter stepped up the ante at the expense of their opposition with Juan Cuadrado and Sami Khedira scoring twice in the last eleven minutes to give the Italian champions a well deserved 3-1 win.
The victory ensured the Old Lady move four points clear of nearest challengers Napoli in the race for the title with Maurizio Sarri’s wards dropping points due to a 1-1 draw at Sassuolo.
Matteo Politano’s 22nd minute strike for Sassuolo was cancelled out by a Rogerio own goal as Napoli were forced to settle for a point.
