The Italian Super Cup Final – known as the Supercoppa Italiana – between AC Milan and Juventus early next year, is scheduled to hold in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia on January 16 as announced by the oil rich country’s General Sports Authority on Wednesday.
On its Twitter handle the body announced: “The Kingdom will witness early next year the final of the 2019 Italian Super Cup, which will bring together Juventus and AC Milan,”
Pictures of the Saudi sports authority chief Turki Al-Sheikh and Marco Brunelli, head of the Italian professional football league, signing an agreement were also posted.
In a clash in October at the Stadio Olympicoin Rome, Juventus trashed AC Milan 4-0 to win a fourth consecutive Coppa Italia and a 13th Coppa win.
It was also disclosed that Saudi Arabia will host three of the next five Italian Super Cups.
