Umar Sadiq was awarded good rating after helping Real Sociedad defeat Mallorca 2-1 in Sunday’s LaLiga game.

Sadiq and his Sociedad teammates went into the clash on the back of five straight games without a win.

But the winless run ended as Sociedad came from a goal down to emerge winners.

Sadiq was impressive in the 65 minutes he played, almost drawing Sociedad level in the first half only to see his left-foot strike just missing the target.

According to whoscored.com’s player ratings, Sadiq got 6.5 for his performance.

The Super Eagles striker has scored two goals in 22 games in the Spanish LaLiga this season.

The last time he got on the score sheet was on 2nd December 2023.
