Sad! McCarthy Suffers Double Leg Break In West Brom Game

Everton midfielder James McCarthy could be out for the rest of the year after he suffered a horrific double leg break during his side’s 1-1 draw at home to relegation threatened West Brom in a week 24 Premier League clash.

Republic of Ireland international James McCarthy got the injury in a collision with West Brom striker Salomon Rondon with the game approaching the hour mark and he was stretchered off after receiving a lengthy treatment on the pitch.

It is a very unfortunate situation for the former Wigan Athletic player having recently returned from a two-month layoff.
