Super Eagles head coach Gernot Rohr has revealed that the newly invited Super Eagles duo of Junior Lokosa and Simeon Nwankwo will start the friendly game against DR Congo on Monday.
Rohr made this known in a chat with reporters immediately after he oversaw the team’s training session on Sunday evening.
In his words, the former Niger Republic and Burkina Faso manager said: “Some of our players I have to see especially Simeon and Lokosa. ”
“They will start tomorrow (Monday).” he concluded.
The game between the Super Eagles of Nigeria and DR Congo will be played at the Adokiye Amiesimaka Stadium in Port Harcourt at 4pm.
