European champions Real Madrid have agreed for the transfer of star player Cristiano Ronaldo to Italian Serie A giants Juventus.
This was confirmed via a club statement which said the player’s wish for a move to Italy was granted.
The two clubs have reportedly agreed a huge transfer of €105m (£92.84m) for him to move to the Old Lady.
Ronaldo, 33, joined Real Madrid from Premier League side Manchester United for a then World record fee of £80m in 2009.
In his nine-year stay with Real Madrid, the Portuguese international captain became the club’s top scorer with 451 goals in 438 games.
He won 16 titles, including 4 Champions League titles, 3 of them consecutive, 2 Spanish La Liga titles and 2 Spanish Copa Del Rey titles.
As a Real Madrid player, Ronaldo also won 4 Gold Balls, 2 The Best, and 3 Gold Boots, among many other awards.
