Ramos Could Miss UCL Semifinal First Leg Clash

Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos could sit out the first leg of his side’s UEFA Champions League (UCL) clash after he breached a rule governing suspension.

The Spanish defender was suspended for the quarterfinal second leg match with Italian champions Juventus.

He went on to watch the final minutes of the game from the tunnel against UEFA rules and this could result in a further suspension for the next match, which will be the first leg of the semifinal.

Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo scored a penalty in added time to rescue his team from the claws of Juventus who had scored three goals to overturn the first leg deficit they suffered at the hands of the Los Merengues last week.
