Men’s champions Kano Pillars lost more ground on Tuesday in their bid to retain their title at the ongoing Prudent Energy Handball Premier League 2020 at the Moshood Abiola National Stadium, Abuja.

In a Matchday 11 fixture, Kano Pillars were defeated by third place Lagos Seasiders Boys who ran out 30-24 in a tension soaked match.

In other results in men’s category, COAS Shooters narrowly edged Kada Stars 31-30 while Rima Strikers were 32-27 victors over Borno Spiders.

In the women’s category, Edo Dynamos extended their winning streak as they defeated Desert Queens 30-19 while Safety Babes scored a 36-28 victory over Benue Queens.

The last match of the day saw Imo Grasshoppers and Defender Babes play out a pulsating 26-26 draw.

Dikko Ibrahim of Lagos Seasiders Boys and Abdullah Favour of Defender Babes were voted the Most Valuable Players of Matchday 11.
