Premier League Review: Manchester United See Off Chelsea To Go Second As Tottenham Secure Top Four Spot With Late Win

Manchester United have gone back to second place on the Premier League table after they came from behind to beat Chelsea 2-1 at home as the race for next season’s UEFA Champions League (UCL) hots up.

The Premier League champions took a 32nd minute lead courtesy Willian before they were pegged back by their former player Romelu Lukaku before the end of the first half.

Lukaku then turned provider for substitute Jesse Lingard in the second half for the game’s winning goal to give Jose Mourinho an important win against his rival Antonio Conte.

In the earlier game played on Sunday, Tottenham Hotspur striker Harry Kane scored his 24th league goal of the season in the 89th minute to give his side a 1-0 at Crystal Palace.
