Paul Pogba has responded to Jose Mourinho calling him a “virus” over the weekend.
It was reported Manchester United manager, Mourinho called Pogba a virus following their 2 all draw with Southampton on Sunday.
And according to The Times, Paul Pogba hit back at the lack of options in the midfield during Sunday’s game- saying he had no one to pass to because Mourinho’s tactics do not allow players to move freely around him.
It was reported that much-criticized midfielder did not react angrily to Mourinho’s comments but gave his own critique in a calm way, as the disagreement never boiled over.
Pogba will hope to put in a much-improved performance on Wednesday as Manchester United square off against an in-form Arsenal side in the Premier League.
United currently sit seventh in the League standings and are eight points adrift fourth-placed Arsenal.
