Ashleigh Plumptre is in the running for the Al Ittihad’s Goal of the Month award for December.
Plumptre scored a hat-trick in Al Ittihad’s 6-2 win against Al Ahly on December 16.
The centre-back’s second goal in the big win is in contention for the award.
It was the Nigeria international’s second hat-trick for Al Ittihad since her arrival at the Jeddah-based club.
It would be recalled that Plumptre scored a hat-trick on her maiden appearance for Al Ittihad against Al Nassr.
Tanzania’s Clara Luvanga, who plays for Al Nassr is also nominated alongside Mexico’s Veronica Perez.
The 25-year-old, who joined the Tigers from Leicester City in the summer has scored six goals for the club.
