Super Falcons star Ashleigh Plumptre believes Leicester women’s team can avoid relegation due to the fact that they have their destiny in their own hands.
After consecutive defeats to Arsenal and Chelsea, City return back to King Power Stadium for the last time this season to face off against West Ham this weekend.
Should results go their way, Leicester could secure WSL status for another year on Sunday afternoon.
Leicester, on 13 points, are 11th in the 12-team league table.
Also, they are two points from bottom club Reading.
