Ossai Rita Reveals Possible Areas Of Improvement After Medal Failure In Asaba(Audio)

Nigerian runner Ossai Rita has revealed the areas she needs to work on after missing out on a medal at the African Senior Athletics Championship in Asaba, Delta State.

Rita could only finish fifth in the women’s 400m hurdles in 59.11s.

The race was won by compatriot Nathaniel Glory who posted a time of 55:53s ahead of Moroccan silver medallist Lamiae Lhabz (56:66s) and South African bronze medallist Wenda Nel (57:04s).

Kenya’s Maureen Jelagat (KEN) finish the race in 57.27s to take fourth position ahead of Ossai Rita.
