Onyeka Awarded Good Rating In Brentford’s Loss At Man City

Super Eagles midfielder Frank Onyeka was awarded a good rating despite Brentford’s defeat to Manchester City in Tuesday’s Premier League game.

The ratings, which was done for both teams, was compiled by Sky Sports.

City endured a tense evening until Erling Haaland benefitted from Kristoffer Ajer’s slip to score the winner after 71 minutes,

Onyeka was in superb form for Thomas Frank side and could have crowned his effort with at least a brace but was wasteful in front of goal.

The AFCON 2023 silver medal winner made four interceptions and won seven of his duels in the 89 minutes he was on the pitch.

Following his impressive display, Onyeka was rated 6 out of 10.

Meanwhile, Brentford are five points above the relegation zone after just two wins in their last 11 league games.
