NPFL: Bosso Pleased With Draw At Go Round (Audio)

Technical Adviser of FC IfeanyiUbah Ladan Bosso has said he is satisfied with the point his side secured from their Match Day 19 Nigeria Professional Football League (NPFL) encounter against hosts, Go Round at Omoku on Sunday.

The ‘Anambra Warriors’ forced Ngozi Elechi’s men to a goalless draw, to compound the woes of the NPFL new boys, who remained in the drop zone on 18th spot with 20 points from18 matches (with a game in hand).

“It’s just like any other match, of course. Before any match, you need to prepare for the worst and the best,” the former Flying Eagles coach told a post-match press conference. “If you want to be the best, you must to prepare to handle the worst.

“We prepared all the way; we planned for this game just like any other game. Our target was to come and pick the 3 points here (Omoku) because I know this is a very Okay place for anybody to come and pick 3 points, just like any other venue, of course.

“But then, with the 1 point, I think it is not bad. We just hope and pray that we maintain this feat for the next outing.”

The result leaves FC IfeanyiUbah on 13th spot on the NPFL standings with 23 points from 18 matches, having an outstanding match.
