Nigeria U15 Boys To Resume Camp For African Youth Games On Monday

Nigeria U15 boys will start preparations for this year’s edition of the African Youth Games on Monday.

Coach Danladi Nasidi has invited 29 players to camp for the programme and they are expected to report for duty by Monday so that preparations can start ahead of the tournament.

This was confirmed by the U15 team administrator, Adewale Adeyinka, who revealed that players and officials are expected to report to the Nigerlink Hotel, Abuja on Monday.

Adeyinka further stated that this is in a bid to start adequate preparations that will ensure that the team is able to defend the title they won in Gaborone, Botswana in 2014.

The 3rd African Youth Games will take place in Algiers as from the 17th to the 27th of July 2018.

Coach Nasidi will be ably supported by his assistants Haruna Usman and Ernest Salolome Teigbanyo as they try to build a squad that’s able to retain the team’s status as holders.
