Also known as ‘Xisca’, this Spanish beauty appears once in a blue moon to watch her boyfriend play. Although she is absent for most of Nadal’s matches, the 29-year-old is the Project Director for the Rafael Nadal Foundation, which was created in 2008 to help socially disadvantaged children all around the world. She is said to be an important support system in the life of the current world number one.

The couple met while growing up in their hometown, Spanish Island of Majorca and started dating in 2005 – over a decade ago.

Xisca studied Business Management and English Language in London and worked for an insurance company for some time. She has often talked about her lack of interest in being famous.

Speaking in an interview, Xisca explained her reasons for choosing to stay away from most of Nadal’s matches: “He needs his space when he is competing, and just the idea of me hanging around and waiting on his needs all day tires me out. It would asphyxiate me. And then he would have to be worrying about me. No. If I followed him everywhere, I think there’s a risk we might stop getting along.”

When she is seen supporting him during matches, Xisca shows a lot of expressions.
