Premier League referee Mike Dean has finally admitted his error of judgement after he made a wrong penalty call during the penultimate weekend’s game between West Brom and Arsenal at the Hawthorns.

Mike Dean incorrectly penalised Calum Chambers for a handball in the box before the resulting penalty was dispatched by West Brom forward Jay Rodriguez to cancel out Alexis Sanchez’s opener thus earning his side a 1-1 draw in their Premier League clash with the Gunners.

According to the Daily Express, Mike Dean admitted his mistake via a text message he sent to officials.
