Liverpool forward Sadio Mane has been voted UEFA Champions League (UCL)’s player of the week.
The Senegalese star was in sensational form as he netted a hattrick to propel his Liverpool side to a 5-0 win at FC Porto at the Estadio Dragao on Wednesday night.
Mane got 57% of the votes via the UCL official Twitter handle ahead of Real Madrid defender Marcelo, Tottenham Hotspur playmaker Christian Eriksen and Manchester City midfielder Ilkay Gundogan.
