Manchester United Secure 20th FA Cup Final Appearance With Comeback Win Over Tottenham

Manchester United have qualified for the FA Cup final after José Mourinho’s men dug deep to secure a 2-1 comeback win over Tottenham Hotspur in their semifinal clash at the Wembley Stadium on Saturday evening.

English international midfielder Dele Alli shot Tottenham into an 11th minute lead only for the advantage to last for just 13 minutes with former Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez getting the equaliser for the Red Devils after Paul Pogba dispossessed Moussa Dembele.

Both sides went into the halftime interval on level terms but that changed with 17 second half minutes following Ander Herrera’s strike which squirmed under the body of second choice Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Michel Vorm.

José Mourinho and his men thereafter held on for a 20th FA Cup final appearance as they condemned Tottenham Hotspur to a record eighth successive semifinal defeat.
