Manchester United Legend Interviewed For Vacant Managerial Role

Manchester United legend Paul Scholes has reportedly been interviewed for the vacant managerial role at League One club Oldham Athletic.

The former Manchester United midfielder is a boyhood Oldham fan though he has no managerial experience in the English Football League (EFL).

Oldham Athletic have been without a manager since John Sheridan left in September with the club rooted to the bottom of the table.

Since the exit of their former manager, Oldham have won three games in a row, including two league victories, under interim boss Richie Wellens.

They are now 19th in the table with those two league victories.

Other names linked to the vacant job include the previously mentioned Wellens and former Dutch international Clarence Seedorf.
