Manchester United Confirm Cristiano Ronaldo Signing

Manchester United have confirmed the return of Portuguese legend Cristiano Ronaldo to Old Trafford in a blockbuster transfer.

The Red Devils confirmed via their Twitter account that a deal has been reached with Juventus for the transfer of Ronaldo, 36, subject to agreement of personal terms, visa and medical.

Ronaldo spent six years at Old Trafford and scored 118 goals in 292 games winning three league titles and the Champions League before leaving for Real Madrid in 2009 for a then world record fee.

At Madrid, Ronaldo won four Champions Leagues in a nine-year stay before leaving for Juventus where he has played the last three seasons, winning two Serie A titles.

Ronaldo, a five-time Ballon d’Or winner, has so far won over 30 major trophies during his career, including five UEFA Champions League titles, four FIFA Club World Cups, seven league titles in England, Spain and Italy, and the European Championship for his native Portugal.
