Manchester United have blocked Valencia’s proposed loan move for Brazilain midfielder, Andreas Pereira.

According to reports in Spain, Jose Mourinho has rejected a loan offer from Valencia for the youngster, claiming the 21-year-old midfielder is an important member of United’s success charge this season.

Valencia owner, Peter Lim, reportedly travelled to Manchester for talks of a possible loan move for Pereira who spent last season on loan to another Spanish outfit Granada.

Periera played a significant part in Manchester United’s pre-season tour but have failed to make matchday squad in any of United’s first two Premier League games this season.
