Manchester United Agree Deal With Ajax For Blind

Premier League giants Manchester United have agreed a deal with Dutch Eredivisie outfit Ajax Amsterdam for defender Daley Blind.

The announcement was confirmed by the Red Devils on their official Twitter handle.

According to widespread reports, the agreed fee for the 28-year-old to seal a return to Ajax is around £18m.

The 54-cap Dutch international moved to Old Trafford from Ajax in 2014 under the managerial reign of former boss Louis Van Gaal.

He has struggled for playing time under current Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho and that formed one of his reasons for an exit from the club.

In four years at the Theatre of Dreams, Daley Blind scored 4 goals in 90 league appearances and has netted twice for the Netherlands in 54 appearances.
