Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has won his first trophy in English football after he guided the Citizens to win the Carabao Cup with a 3-0 victory over Arsenal.

Sergio Aguero scored for the fifth game running against Arsenal to give Manchester City a first half lead before Vincent Kompany and David Silva added further strikes to seal a convincing win for the Premier League winners.

Manchester City have now won a 5th title meaning that only Liverpool have won more (8 titles).

After winning the first trophy of the English football season, Pep Guardiola and his players will now turn their attention to the Premier League with another clash with the Gunners scheduled for the Emirates Stadium on Thursday night.
