The race for the top three and UEFA Champions League (UCL) qualification ahead of next season is hotting up in the French Ligue 1 after the latest set of games over the weekend.
The contenders namely Olympique Lyon, AS Monaco and Olympique Lyon were all on the winning end with victories over Troyes, Caen and Nice respectively.
Bertrand Traore (2) and Maxwel Cornet were on target for Lyon in a 3-0 home win over relegation threatened Troyes in what was a Matchday 36 fixture.
Monaco and Marseille were also victorious with respective 2-1 wins over 10-man Caen and Nice.
