The Lagos State Government (LASG) is set to take over the National Stadium in the Surulere area of the state.
This was revealed by the Executive Chairman of the Laos State Sports Commission, Adedayo Tandoh.
According to Tandoh, an inspection was carried out on the stadium and plans to take over the facility from the Federal Government of Nigeria is underway after the move was vetoed by the Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari.
