Arsenal have moved into the top seven after French striker Alexandre Lacazette netted a brace to give his side a 2-0 win over West Brom at the Emirates Stadium.

New summer signing Lacazette gave the home side a first half lead as he nodded home the rebound after Alexis Sanchez’s freekick had cannoned off the crossbar. The former Lyon striker completed his brace from the penalty spot in the second half following Cameroon defender Alan Nyom’s push on Aaron Ramsey.

The win takes Arsenal into the top seven with 10 points from their first six league games of the season while West Brom drop to 12th spot with 8 points from six games.
