Juventus Confirm Ronaldo Transfer From Real Madrid

Italian champions Juventus have confirmed the signing of Portuguese superstar Cristiano Ronaldo.

According to the club, the 33-year-old has signed a four-year deal worth €112m (£99.2m) until 2022.

Juventus further revealed that the transfer fee is €100m plus €12m in add-ons and it would be paid over two years.

He becomes the 4th most expensive player in the world behind Philippe Coutinho (Barcelona and Brazil), Kylian Mbappe (PSG and France) and Neymar (PSG and Brazil).

Cristiano Ronaldo joined Real Madrid from Premier League giants Manchester United in 2009 for a then world record transfer fee of £80m.

He went on to become the club’s record goalscorer in his nine-year spell winning 16 titles including 4 Champions League titles, 2 Spanish La Liga titles and 2 Spanish Copa Del Rey titles.
