The National Junior Taekwondo Championships has been moved to May.

The event, initially scheduled to take place at the Dan Anyiam Stadium in Owerri from February 9-10, was postponed for three months based on the request of the hosts, Imo State Sports Council.

The latest development was contained in a February 7-dated letter from the Nigeria Taekwondo Federation (NTF).

Attention will now shift to the next NTF event, which is the NTF Basic Coaching Workshop [South West].
