Inter Milan Confirm Nainggolan Transfer

Italian Serie A giants Inter Milan have announced the signing of Belgian midfielder Radja Nainggolan from rivals AS Roma.

Nainggolan, 30, has penned a four-year deal with the San Siro outfit in a reported £21m deal.

On the club’s latest acquisition, sporting director Piero Ausilio told the Inter website that: “The conditions have been met for a deal for Radja Nainggolan.”

“He is a top player. Everything will be made official tomorrow [Tuesday] and then we will say something more.” He added.

Radja Nainggolan was hugely influential for AS Roma last season as he led the capital outfit to third place on the Serie A table and the UEFA Champions League (UCL) semifinals.

He scored six goals and made six assists in 42 appearances for AS Roma last season before he was controversially left out of the Belgium squad for the ongoing FIFA World Cup in Russia by manager Roberto Martinez.
