Inter Milan have boosted their hopes of qualifying for next season’s UEFA Champions League (UCL) after they defeated Cagliari 4-0 at the San Siro in their Italian Serie A Matchday 33 clash played on Tuesday night.

Joao Cancelo, Mauro Icardi, Marcelo Brozovic and Ivan Perisic got the goals for Inter Milan as the Nerazurri continue to march towards a return to Europe’s biggest cup competition, UCL.

Inter Milan (63 points) have now leapfrogged AS Roma and Lazio into 3rd spot as a result of the win while Cagliari stay in 14th spot with 32 points from 33 league games.
