I’m Not Satisfied With My Start This Season – Mbaoma (AUDIO)

After opening his goal scoring account for his new side Akwa United on Matchday 3 with the first goal against Yobe Desert Stars, striker Victor Mbaoma insists he expected to have hit more goals after his 3rd appearance for the Promise keepers.

“I’m happy that we won, but unhappy that I should have done more. If I scored ten goals last season,  I should be able to do more here. My expection is very high. But I’m hopeful that with time I’ll get better” he said.

The striker who is on loan from Remo stars also predicted the team will continue their winning ways this season, by winning away at Niger Tornadoes on Wednesday.

“It’s not about me but the whole team, I’m sure we will do well. We can get at least three points from the next game” he added.
