Nike released brand new jersey designs for three national teams on Wednesday.

South Korea, USA and Nigeria national teams will now appear in new strips ahead of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

That of Nigeria has attracted a myriad of reactions already.

The newly designed kits retain a resemblance to the much loved old designs in that the home kits maintain a patterned design while the away strip remains an all-green ensemble with the main difference being a patterned green design around the neckline and sleeves.

However, some Nigerians feel the new jerseys do not come close to the old designs produced in the lead up to the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
