Ideye Wants To Extend Malaga Stay

Nigerian striker Brown Ideye has said that he wants to stay at struggling Spanish La Liga outfit Malaga beyond the current season.

Ideye joined Malaga during the January transfer window after signing a short-term deal until the summer.

The former West Brom, Sochaux and Dynamo Kyiv star confirmed his target to extend his stay at Malaga in a chat with a close source to busybuddiesng.com.

In his words, Ideye said: “I like it here. I will be very very happy if we escape relegation and if they increase my loan deal. If I could stay here for one year or one-and-half years.”

When asked about the possibility of him not making the Super Eagles squad for the upcoming friendlies against Poland and Serbia, Ideye said: “If I’m not listed, I will have to accept it. You know we have a lot of bunch of talents.”
